REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Noctra, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and exchange guidelines before placing an order.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:
• Be unused and unwashed
• Be in original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
• You received the wrong item
• You received the wrong size

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Final sale items
• Custom or personalised products
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return:
• Message us on Instagram with your order number
• Our team will guide you through the process
• Include the original packing slip with your return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by us.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved:
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or issued as store credit
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Exchanges for a different size or style depend on stock availability

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
